Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Concrete Cleaning / Floor Scrubber Operator to work on an active construction site in Cookeville, TN. This role focuses on cleaning and prepping newly poured and cured concrete floors using industrial floor scrubbers and cleaning equipment.
Operate industrial concrete floor scrubbers on construction sites
Clean and prep newly poured and dried concrete surfaces
Remove dust, residue, and construction debris from concrete floors
Assist with general site cleanup as needed
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Ability to operate or learn industrial floor scrubbers
Construction site experience preferred (but not required)
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical work for extended periods
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Must be safety-focused and able to follow directions
$17/hour, weekly pay
Steady construction work
Day shift (if applicable)
