Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local manufacturer in Cookeville, TN to hire a Process Engineer. This role is ideal for a problem-solver who enjoys improving processes, increasing efficiency, and supporting production teams.
Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Develop and implement process improvements and standard operating procedures
Support production teams with troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor process performance and recommend corrective actions
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams
Assist with new product launches and process validations
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field preferred)
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools preferred
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
