Bookkeeper
Located in Sarnia, ON
Salary: $22.00/Hour
Our client, a busy tax and accounting firm, is seeking a Bookkeeper to provide additional support during tax season. This role focuses on QuickBooks Online, data entry, and client support, helping ensure accurate and organized financial records during peak periods. There is potential for continued employment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
- Review, organize, and reconcile client receipt documentation
- Sort and compile financial data using Excel spreadsheets
- Communicate with clients to clarify transactions and documentation
- Provide basic client support and training on using QuickBooks Online
- Support accountants with bookkeeping preparation for tax filings
- Minimal payroll processing (not a primary responsibility)
Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks Online is required
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with Excel and organizing large volumes of financial information
- Previous customer service or client-facing experience is an asset as this company
- Strong communication skills and a professional, client-friendly approach
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
Wage: $22.00/Hour
