Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $38–$40/hour
Start Date: ASAP (interviewing immediately)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Pre-Op role at a minimally invasive spine surgery center in Nashville, TN. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent position. This role is ideal for an RN who is confident with IV starts and experienced in a surgical or procedural environment.

Position Overview – RN Pre-Op:

• Prepare patients for scheduled procedures through assessments and pre-op documentation
• Initiate and manage IV access and administer medications per protocol
• Verify consents, labs, and patient readiness for surgery
• Communicate patient status with surgical and anesthesia teams
• Provide patient education and pre-procedure support
• Complete accurate documentation in EClinicalWorks

Position Details:

• Day shift only — no nights, weekends, or on-call
• Consistent Tuesday–Friday schedule
• Interviews underway with potential start as early as next week

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee with no restrictions
• BLS certification
• Strong IV start skills
• EClinicalWorks experience required
• Outpatient surgery, pre-op, or procedural experience preferred
