Position Overview:

  • Provide strategic financial leadership for a well-established public organization serving a growing, engaged community

  • Partner closely with executive leadership and elected officials to guide long-term financial planning, transparency, and sustainability

  • Lead a major financial system upgrade, with strong preference for candidates experienced in Tyler Technologies and system integrations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, audits, reporting, payroll, investments, and regulatory compliance

  • Lead and manage a financial system integration to modernize processes, improve data visibility, and strengthen internal controls

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop finance staff while establishing best practices in municipal financial management
