NOW HIRING a dependable and motivated Collections Representative for a financial company in Lancaster SC. This role is responsible for communicating with customers regarding past-due accounts, arranging payment solutions, and providing excellent customer service while following company policies and regulatory guidelines.

 

Pay is $16.00/hr 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Make inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding past-due accounts.
  • Provide professional, courteous guidance to customers to help resolve outstanding balances.
  • Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in the system.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements while adhering to company and compliance standards.
  • Research account details and assist customers with questions regarding balances, statements, or account issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information securely.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous office administrative experience required.
  • Customer service experience required, preferably in a professional or call center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and navigating CRM or account systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
