**Food Manufacturing Supervisor**

Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati NW is seeking a Food Manufacturing Supervisor to fill an immediate opening in West Harrison, IN.

**Shift**: Monday through Friday, Second shift, 3:00PM - 11:00PM 

**Compensation**: $21/hr BOE 

**Responsibilities** :
*    Scheduling production floor work according to job priorities and ensuring that all operators are following the proper processes and procedures
*    Supervise team of machine operators
*    Enforce safety rules, PPE adherence, and environmental regulations
*    Provide effective, constructive, and appropriate feedback and leadership to direct reports to foster a positive, team atmosphere
*    Verify timecards and weekly hours prior to deadline
*    Perform other duties deemed necessary to support the Company’s business operations

**Qualifications**:
*    Previous experience in a Supervisor role is required
*    Previous experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry is required
*    Knowledge of GMP is required
*    Production Planning skills
*    Background in Blending is a plus
