Job Title: Saw Operator
Location: Billerica MA 

Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Pay Rate: $22 - $23 per hour

 

Responsibilities of the Saw Operator:

• Operating various Saws in a manufacturing setting
• Material processing
• Maneuvering difficult cutting procedures
• Handling frequent bending/stooping and manual dexterity related tasks
• Operating other foam processing machines
• Assembly of final products

Requirements of the Saw Operator:

• 1+ year operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting
• Reliable, consistent attendance; able to work assigned shift and required overtime
• Experience operating and maintaining larger format band saws or similar equipment
• Familiarity with packaging materials or soft substrates like foam materials and the cutting capabilities.
• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings/travelers and follow written work instructions, cut lists
