A medical facility in Russellville is seeking an experienced EVS (Environmental Services) Manager to oversee daily environmental services operations. This is a full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity with the potential for excellent benefits upon permanent hire.

The EVS Manager will be responsible for leading EVS staff, ensuring hospital cleaning standards are met, and managing schedules and timekeeping. While this role may also oversee Dietary services, candidates with strong EVS-focused experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise EVS staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and infection control

• Ensure compliance with hospital cleaning procedures, safety regulations, and sanitation standards

• Manage staff scheduling, timekeeping, and daily assignments

• Maintain consistent communication with leadership and facility departments

• Train, coach, and support team members

• Monitor supplies and assist with operational organization as needed

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Previous experience leading or supervising a team (required)

• Knowledge of hospital or healthcare cleaning procedures (strongly preferred)

• Strong organizational, time management, and scheduling skills

• Structured, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
