Your Contribution & Impact

Team Leadership:
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and staff performance.

Facility Responsibility:
Open and close the facility and help ensure operations run smoothly.

Cargo Monitoring:
Monitor container security, product conditions, and temperature compliance.

Inbound / Outbound Control:
Oversee inbound and outbound cargo handling and communicate with the inbound coordinator on container scheduling.

Inventory & Quality:
Manage product damages, shortages, and overages, and spot-check product locations for accuracy.

Staff Coordination:
Schedule team members, approve timecards, and ensure staffing coverage.

Safety & Compliance:
Participate in safety and sanitation inspections and enforce company policies and procedures.

Equipment Issues:
Report maintenance or repair needs for warehouse equipment.
