What You’ll Do

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues for on‑site and remote staff
• Perform system updates, backups, and security patches to maintain system integrity
• Set up workstations, manage user accounts (Active Directory/Microsoft 365), and assist with new‑hire onboarding
• Monitor server performance and maintain LAN and wireless access points
• Maintain asset inventory and create user‑friendly “how‑to” documentation

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCP preferred
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a “detective” mindset for troubleshooting
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical users
• Experience with Windows/Mac OS, basic networking (TCP/IP), and cloud services

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ESRI/GIS software
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data‑privacy regulations
