Full Time M-F 8am-5pm

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a company in Missoula, MT and is looking for a reliable entry-level Saw Filer / Laborer! We’re seeking someone dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused to assist with maintaining saw blades and supporting production operations in a fast-paced mill environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Assist with sharpening, repairing, and maintaining saw blades

· Perform general labor duties around the shop or mill

· Keep work areas clean and organized

· Follow all safety procedures and company policies

· Support production team as needed

What We’re Looking For:

· Minimum of 2 years in construction

· Strong work ethics and willingness to learn

· Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50lbs

· Reliable transportation and punctuality

· Comfortable working in an industrial environment

· Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required
