Full-time 

Requirements:

• Current State of Hawaii LPN License
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of recent clinical experience (within the last 24 months)
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Current Two-Step TB/Chest X-Ray Clearance (within 1 year)
• Federal Fingerprint
• N95 Fit Test 
• Proof of vaccinations: MMR, TDAP, Varicella, COVID and FLU
