Overview

 

We are looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations for a local manufacturing company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, forms, and spreadsheets
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and general office organization
  • Assist with processing customer orders, purchase orders, and shipping paperwork
  • Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and shipping carriers
  • Support inventory updates through data entry, tracking, and documentation
  • Act as a point of contact for customers requesting product information or order updates
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with vendors and distribution partners
  • Verify accuracy of product specifications, packing lists, and shipping labels
  • Keep accurate records for manufacturing processes, safety documents, shipping logs, and product returns
  • Assist with warranty or service-related paperwork

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing, or distribution
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Customer-service oriented with professional phone and email etiquette

Pay: $19 - 24/hr

 

Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
