Responsibilities

• Operate drilling and machining equipment
• Feed small metal parts into machines throughout the shift
• Measure and inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Follow production and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work independently and as part of a team

Required Skills & Experience

• Machining and/or drilling experience preferred
• Strong basic math and measuring skills
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Good eyesight required to inspect very small parts and pieces
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
