Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing events including RFP, RFQ, and RFI development and execution
• Analyze supplier pricing, cost structures, and total cost of ownership
• Evaluate proposals and recommend supplier selection
• Support and conduct contract negotiations with vendors and stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal departments to define needs and sourcing strategies
• Negotiate pricing and draft agreements aligned with business requirements
• Manage vendor relationships and support continuous improvement efforts
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contractual obligations
• Assist with onboarding new suppliers and maintaining vendor records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
• At least three years of procurement, purchasing, or sourcing experience
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems, SAP preferred
• Strong analytical, financial, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of sourcing best practices and supplier evaluation methods
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
