Job Title: Data Entry Operator – Seasonal

Job Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Operators to support the processing of confidential tax-related information. This is a temporary, seasonal assignment expected to last approximately six months, based on business needs. The role requires accurate and efficient entry of alphanumeric data into a proprietary computer system from both paper documents and digital images.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter confidential tax information into a proprietary data entry system

  • Perform high-volume alphanumeric data entry from hardcopy documents and scanned images

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care

  • Meet established productivity and quality standards

  • Follow detailed instructions and reference materials to ensure correct data processing

  • Perform repetitive data entry tasks for extended periods

  • Adhere to all training guidelines and operational procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum typing speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour

  • Minimum accuracy rate of 97%

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks

  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience preferred

  • Ability to follow written instructions and training materials

  • Reliable attendance and commitment for the duration of the assignment

Training:
A structured training program of approximately two weeks will be provided, including a reference booklet and hands-on instruction to prepare employees for job duties.

Work Environment:
This position involves sitting for extended periods and performing repetitive data entry tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Position Type:
Temporary/Seasonal – approximately 6 months, depending on operational needs.
