What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Select appropriate tooling and perform machine adjustments as needed
• Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Maintain tight tolerances and meet quality standards
• Perform basic machine maintenance and ensure proper equipment function
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safety compliant
• Follow all company safety policies and production standards

Requirements

• Previous press brake operation or metal fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
• Basic understanding of press brake setups, tooling selection, and bending processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
