What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up and operate CNC machines including mills and lathes
• Load and edit programs, make offsets, and adjust tooling as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job travelers
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
• Maintain tight tolerances and meet production deadlines
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow safety procedures and quality control standards

Requirements

• Previous CNC machining experience preferred (setup and operation)
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• Basic knowledge of CNC controls and machining processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay & Location
