What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or SMAW welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components
• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, work orders, and welding symbols
• Set up welding machines and adjust voltage, amperage, and wire feed settings as needed
• Prepare materials by cleaning, fitting, and positioning components prior to welding
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, structural integrity, and adherence to specifications
• Grind, finish, and clean welded surfaces as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area
• Follow all company safety guidelines and production standards

Requirements

• Previous MIG, TIG, and/or SMAW welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Ability to read blueprints and welding specifications
• Knowledge of welding tools, materials, techniques, and safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Welding certifications are a plus but not required

Pay & Location
