Packaging Machine Operator

Express Employment on 61st and Center is currently recruiting for a Packaging Machine Operator to join a company in Omaha, NE! Being bilingual (ENG/SPAN) is a plus but not required.

Position Details:
•    Type: Evaluation Hire
•    Schedule: 1st shift
•    Location: Omaha, NE
•    Pay/Salary: $22/hour

Job Duties:
•    Set up, operate, and monitor packaging machines to meet production goals
•    Adjust machine settings and perform changeovers as needed
•    Inspect packaged products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
•    Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report mechanical problems to maintenance
•    Maintain production records, counts, and documentation
•    Follow GMP, food safety, and OSHA safety guidelines
•    Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready
•    Work closely with team members to ensure smooth production flow
•    Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
•    Previous experience operating packaging or manufacturing equipment preferred
•    Bilingual is preferred but not required
•    Previous experience working in food manufacturing
•    Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine operations quickly
•    Strong attention to detail and quality standards
•    Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75lbs
•    Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
