About the Role:

The Office Administrator supports daily office operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and ensuring the workplace runs smoothly. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and comfortable interacting with staff, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries

  • Greet visitors and provide customer service support

  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory

  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and calendars

  • Support HR or accounting tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

  • Process mail, courier shipments, and deliveries

  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)

  • Assist management and team members with administrative tasks as needed

  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and efficient

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; post‑secondary education in administration is an asset

  • 1–3 years of administrative or office experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications

  • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
