About the Role:
The Inside & Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through a combination of office-based and field-based activities. This role involves prospecting, client visits, follow‑ups, and providing exceptional customer service to support long‑term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Inside Sales Duties

Handle inbound inquiries and provide product/service information

Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales orders

Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer requests

Maintain accurate records in CRM or internal systems

Support the outside sales team with documentation and customer communication

Build strong relationships through phone, email, and virtual meetings
Outside Sales Duties
-
Visit clients on-site to understand their needs and present solutions

Conduct product demonstrations or site assessments (if applicable)

Prospect new customers through field visits, networking, and referrals

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines

Represent the company at trade shows, events, or customer meetings

Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications:

1–3 years of sales experience (inside, outside, or combined), - Not necessary

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships

Self‑motivated with strong time‑management and organizational abilities

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field visits

Basic computer skills (CRM systems, MS Office, email platforms)

Industry knowledge is an asset but not required
