About the Role:

The Inside & Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through a combination of office-based and field-based activities. This role involves prospecting, client visits, follow‑ups, and providing exceptional customer service to support long‑term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Inside Sales Duties

  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide product/service information

  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales orders

  • Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer requests

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM or internal systems

  • Support the outside sales team with documentation and customer communication

  • Build strong relationships through phone, email, and virtual meetings

Outside Sales Duties

  • Visit clients on-site to understand their needs and present solutions

  • Conduct product demonstrations or site assessments (if applicable)

  • Prospect new customers through field visits, networking, and referrals

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines

  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, or customer meetings

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of sales experience (inside, outside, or combined), - Not necessary

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Self‑motivated with strong time‑management and organizational abilities

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field visits

  • Basic computer skills (CRM systems, MS Office, email platforms)

  • Industry knowledge is an asset but not required
