About the Role:

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow, accurate inventory handling, and a safe working environment. This role leads a team of warehouse associates and plays a key part in maintaining productivity, quality, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control

• Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to meet performance and safety expectations

• Monitor workflow and allocate labour to meet operational demands

• Ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety regulations

• Conduct regular inventory counts and investigate discrepancies

• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) as needed

• Prepare reports on productivity, inventory, and operational issues

• Communicate effectively with management, drivers, and other departments

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of warehouse or logistics experience; supervisory experience preferred

• Strong leadership and team‑building skills

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and safety procedures

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (certification may be required)

• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle physical tasks when necessary

• Basic computer skills (WMS, MS Office, scanners, etc.)
