About the Role:

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This role involves a variety of physical tasks and supports day‑to‑day operations across different work sites. No two days are the same, and you’ll be part of a team that values safety, teamwork, and strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labour duties such as lifting, moving, loading, and unloading materials

• Assist skilled tradespeople or supervisors as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Operate basic hand tools and equipment (training provided if needed)

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Complete tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Previous labor experience is an asset but not required

• Ability to lift up 50lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to work in various weather conditions (if applicable)

• Good communication and teamwork skills

Salary:

Per hr $18 - $20 - Depending on experience
