Leasing Agent

Location: Oklahoma City

Pay: $15/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Leasing Agent. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for assisting prospective residents, leasing apartments, and providing excellent customer service while supporting daily property operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective and current residents in person, by phone, and via email
• Conduct property tours and explain features, amenities, and lease terms
• Process rental applications and prepare lease agreements
• Maintain accurate resident and leasing records
• Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospects
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident requests
• Support marketing and outreach efforts to maintain occupancy
• Ensure the leasing office is professional, organized, and welcoming

Scheduled: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Qualifications: 

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management software
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
