Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Bilingual Apartment Maintenance Tech for an apartment community. The Bilingual Apartment Maintenance Tech is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the apartments, ensuring that all buildings, facilities, and equipment are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role involves routine maintenance, repairs, and responding promptly to resident service requests. This is an evaluation to hire role. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and preventive inspections of apartments and common areas
• Respond to and complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, flooring, and carpentry issues
• Maintain grounds, including light landscaping, trash removal, and snow removal (as needed)
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work
• Communicate professionally with residents and management (English and Spanish)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am -5pm  Weekends as needed

Qualifications Required: 

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have your own form of reliable transportation
• Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
