CNC Operator (Evaluation-to-Hire) – Valdosta, GA
Express Employment Professionals is seeking experienced CNC Operators for one of our top manufacturing clients in Valdosta. This opportunity offers a consistent schedule, competitive pay, and the potential to transition into a long-term career.

Pay & Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday | 10-hour 2nd shift

  • $18–$27/hour, based on experience

  • Position Type: Temporary with permanent career potential

CNC Operator Responsibilities

  • Load and operate CNC machinery

  • Observe and maintain machines for proper operation

  • Assist with machine set-up and shut-off

  • Troubleshoot machine issues with assistance or supervision

  • Complete work safely with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Technical school education with relevant concentration preferred

  • 1+ years of experience using CNC mills, lathes, and/or drills

  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout the shift

  • Ability to comprehend and apply basic mathematical skills

  • Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment
