Salary: $18 - $26/hr BOE

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking experienced CNC Operators for one of our top manufacturing clients in Valdosta, GA. This is a great opportunity offering a consistent schedule, competitive pay, and the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Schedule & Pay

  • Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 10-hour day shift

  • Pay Rate: $18–$26 per hour (based on experience)

  • Position Type: Temporary with permanent career potential

CNC Lathe Operator Responsibilities

  • Load, operate, and monitor CNC machinery

  • Observe machines to ensure proper operation and quality standards

  • Assist with machine setup and shutdown procedures

  • Troubleshoot machine issues with supervision as needed

  • Perform work safely with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Technical school training in a related field preferred

  • 1+ year of experience operating CNC mills, lathes, and/or drills

  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout the shift

  • Basic math skills required

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
