Fleet Administrator

Located in Rockwall, TX

Salary: $20/hr+ DOE

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a company in Rockwall to fill a Fleet Administrator position!

• Schedule vehicle inspection, maintenance, and servicing to minimize downtime
• Maintain all vehicle information, inspection records, and registration information
• Partner with reputable repair and maintenance shops
• Register, obtain licenses, and insure the company’s vehicles
• Analyze fleet performance data and improve accordingly
• Implement fleet policies and training modules for vehicle use and care
• Monitor vehicle expenses and purchasing
• Report fleet performance and finances to upper management
• Monitor, correct, and improve driver behaviors and operations
• Reduce unnecessary expenses and increase fuel efficiency
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required skills and qualifications:

•  Prior experience working as a fleet, logistics, or in a similar job role
• Knowledge of the transportation industry and its current trends
• Outstanding analytical, decision-making and leadership skills
• Good communication skills
• Spanish speaking required
