General Production/Warehouse Fulfillment

Located in Sarasota, FL

Salary: $18/Hour

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (4 ten-hour shifts)

We are currently hiring for a General Production / Warehouse Fulfillment position with a growing and team-oriented company. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, on-time shipments, and organized inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and review incoming pick tickets

• Locate products using the inventory location system

• Accurately pick and retrieve orders by quantity and size

• Assist with LTL shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery

• Support daily USPS, FedEx, and UPS shipments

• Re-stock inventory manually or using warehouse equipment

• Maintain accurate records of completed and future orders

• Ensure customer-specific order requirements are met

• Maintain warehouse equipment and report malfunctions

• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines

• Communicate effectively with managers and team members

• Assist with additional warehouse and fulfillment duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Forklift or pallet jack certification preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• At least one year of warehouse experience is a plus

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail (100% accuracy expected)

• Comfortable learning inventory software and warehouse systems

• Familiar with standard warehousing practices and equipment

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. independently (team lift required for heavier items)

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift

• Able to read and write in English (bilingual is a plus)
