Medical Assistant -Gastroenterology Clinic (Full-time)

Located in Honolulu, HI

Salary: Up to $26/hr

Our Gastroenterology is seeking a dependable, professional, and patient focused team member to support daily clinical operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, communicates well with patients, and maintains strong attention to detail.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday–Friday   

Pay: CMA- Up to $26/hr 

         MA- Up to $21/hr 

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Locations:

• Kuakini Tower (Honolulu): Monday, Wednesday, Friday

• Mary Savio Building, Aiea: Tuesday, Thursday

Reliable transportation is required to work between both clinic locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Take and record patient vitals

• Assist with patient intake and communication

• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow up visits

• Book procedures and support pre procedure preparation

• Perform charting and maintain accurate documentation

• Provide general clinical and administrative support as needed

CMA Requirements:

• Valid National Medical Assistant Certificate 
• Certification of completion of an accredited MA program
• Minimum of 6 months of recent CMA experience
• Current two-step TB/Chest X-Ray – within 1-year
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required
