Maintenance Technician (HVAC Experience)

Located in Nashville, TN

Salary: $22-$25

We’re hiring several Apartment Maintenance Tech with HVAC experience for several properties in Nashville. Handling day-to-day repairs, unit make-readies, and resident work orders.

What You’ll Do

• Complete make-ready repairs for vacant units (painting, patching, fixture replacement, etc.)
• Respond to resident maintenance requests (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC)
• Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC issues (certification preferred but not required)
• Perform preventative maintenance on property systems and equipment
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Document work performed and escalate major issues when needed

What You Bring

• 2+ year of apartment or property maintenance experience
• HVAC experience (EPA Certification a plus, not required)
• Strong skills in general repairs: plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, etc.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Own basic tools and ability to lift/move 50–75 lbs
