Position: Parts Coordinator

Location: Flathead Valley
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20/hr
Status: Full‑Time

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with internal departments and outside vendors to order and track parts
• Schedule appointments and coordinate parts flow for repair jobs
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked
• Support the team by multitasking and adapting to shifting priorities

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and retain information quickly
• Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
• Auto body, shop, or parts counter experience is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move throughout the shop as needed
• Lift up to 50 lbs (assistance provided for heavier items)
