Rotating schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Shift Schedule:
  • One week working 3 days Monday, Wednesday & Thursday.
  • The following week working 4 days Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday.

 

Job Summary:

The Team Lead – Night Shift is responsible for supervising daily operations during the night shift, ensuring team productivity, quality, and adherence to company policies. This role acts as the main point of contact between team members and management, providing guidance, support, and performance oversight.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the night shift team to meet operational and performance goals
• Assign daily tasks and monitor workload distribution
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Provide coaching, training, and real-time feedback to team members
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, attendance, and quality metrics
• Address and resolve operational issues or employee concerns during the shift
• Prepare and submit daily reports to management
• Coordinate with other Team Leads or departments to ensure smooth operations
• Support onboarding and training of new hires
