Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM; overtime available

 

Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Engine Mechanic for a local Electric Services company located in McAllen, TX. This role requires strong knowledge of engine components, mechanical systems, and the tools used to diagnose and repair engine issues for the company vehicles. Candidates must be able to troubleshoot, identify problems quickly, and determine effective solutions. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair engine components

• Perform troubleshooting and identify mechanical issues

• Use appropriate tools and equipment to complete repairs

• Maintain accurate records of work performed

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Mechanical knowledge of engine parts, systems, and tools

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Ability to work overtime when needed

• Prior engine repair or mechanic experience
