Full-Time | Seasonal & Year-Round Positions Available Pay: $19–$25 per hour (DOE) Higher pay available for skilled hardscapers, crew leads, and equipment operators with certifications or advanced experience.
We are hiring dependable Landscapers and Hardscapers to join our crews working on residential, commercial, and municipal projects throughout St. Louis South and Jefferson County. This role is ideal for candidates who take pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoy hands-on outdoor work, and can follow project plans safely and efficiently.
Whether you’re entry-level or an experienced hardscape installer, we have opportunities that match your skill level — with room to grow into lead, foreman, or operator roles.
Install pavers, retaining walls, patios, walkways, steps, fire pits, and outdoor living features
Perform site layout, grading, excavation, and base preparation (compaction, leveling, drainage)
Cut, fit, and set stone, brick, concrete block, and segmental retaining wall systems
Read and follow site plans, measurements, elevations, and project specifications
Sod installation, hydroseeding, and planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
Mulching, edging, trimming, pruning, and general bed maintenance
Operate irrigation and drainage components when required
Maintain job site cleanliness and proper material staging
Safely operate hand and power tools: plate compactors, demo saws, cut‑off saws, tampers
Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, trenchers, compact loaders (if qualified)
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
$19–$25 per hour, depending on experience
