Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead team in Bay Minette, AL. The ideal candidate is a working supervisor who is willing to learn all aspects of the production process and step in wherever needed. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to coach and motivate team members, and a commitment to safe, consistent, and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the production team
• Serve as a working supervisor, stepping in to assist in production tasks as needed
• Learn and understand all aspects of the production process
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to meet production goals while maintaining safety standards
• Monitor production metrics and address issues to ensure efficiency and quality
• Communicate with management regarding team performance, production updates, and process improvements
• Uphold safety, quality, and operational standards at all times

Qualifications

• Prior experience supervising employees in a production or manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work alongside the team and learn all production processes
• Strong leadership and coaching skills; ability to motivate a team
• Stand-Up Forklift (FL) experience preferred but can be trained for the right candidate
• High-Level (HL) or Low-Level (LL) leadership ability; able to enforce procedures and maintain accountability
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
