What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, schematics, and weld symbols
• Set up, adjust, and maintain welding equipment for proper weld quality
• Prepare materials and ensure proper fit-up prior to welding
• Inspect completed welds to verify quality, strength, and conformance to specifications
• Work closely with production and fabrication teams to meet daily output goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area
• Follow company safety standards and quality control procedures

Requirements

• Prior TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment setup, and material preparation
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Welding certifications are a plus but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
