Licensing Specialist I

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Licensing Specialist for our client in Mount Laurel, NJ. This role focuses on researching, processing, and resolving licensing cases while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage licensing cases including Registration Management, Initial Licensing, Title Management, UCC Filings, and State Changes/Buyouts

• Prioritize and manage a caseload to meet deadlines

• Utilize DMV systems to complete transactions in compliance with regulations

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of licensing and compliance data

• Maintain knowledge of state-specific licensing requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred

• 2–4 years of experience in case management, administrative support, or customer service

• DMV or vehicle-related experience a plus

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to work independently and as part of a team
