Pay: $28–$34/hour (Negotiable based on experience)
Location: Framingham, MA

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Stone Fabricator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for operating stone fabrication equipment, working from templates, and producing high-quality finished products that meet customer and company standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced in working with stone materials in a fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate power tools and hand tools used in stone cutting, shaping, and fabrication

• Follow project templates and specifications to ensure accurate finished products

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of tools and equipment

• Report equipment issues and maintenance needs to management

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment

• Complete daily logs and equipment checklists as required

Qualifications:

• Experience operating fabrication tools and equipment

• Ability to read and interpret templates and measurements

• Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment maintenance standards

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly

• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.)

• Previous stone fabrication experience preferred

• Ability to read and write for documentation purposes

• High school diploma or equivalent
