Available Positions
1. Warehouse / Delivery Driver – $17-$20/Hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Pay: $17-$20/hour, based on experience
Join a well-established mining equipment supply company as a Warehouse / Delivery Driver. This position combines warehouse operations, material handling, forklift operation, order preparation, and local/regional delivery driving.
Warehouse / Delivery Driver Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming mining equipment, parts, products, and materials.
- Stock and organize inventory on warehouse shelving.
- Operate a forklift to move and stage materials; training provided.
- Pick, pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for delivery.
- Load delivery trucks safely and securely.
- Make local and regional deliveries, with most trips within approximately three hours.
- Drive delivery trucks and safely back into customer loading docks.
- Customer unloads the truck at the delivery location.
- Lift and move materials weighing approximately 20-30 pounds.
- Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization.
- Keep warehouse and loading areas clean and safe.
- Follow all warehouse, delivery, DOT, and safety procedures.
Warehouse / Delivery Driver Requirements
- Valid driver's license required.
- DOT medical card required; CDL is not required.
- Previous warehouse, delivery, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus; training provided.
- Ability to repeatedly lift and move 20-30 pounds.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
- Steel-toe boots required.
- Must pass an MVR, background check, and drug screen.

2. Driver Helper – Delivery – $16/Hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Start Time: Between 12:00 AM-6:00 AM
Average Hours: 50-55 hours per week
Pay: $16/hour + time-and-a-half overtime after 40 hours

Driver Helper Responsibilities
- Assist the delivery driver with unloading up to 600 cases of product per day.
- Use a two-wheel dolly to safely move products down ramps and into customer delivery locations.
- Load, unload, move, and organize delivery products.
- Collect and return totes and milk crates.
- Assist the driver in completing daily delivery routes efficiently.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Follow all delivery instructions and company safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company.
Driver Helper Schedule & Pay
- $16/hour
- Time-and-a-half overtime after 40 hours
- Monday-Friday
- Start times between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM
- Average 50-55 hours per week
- Typical shifts are 10-12+ hours
- Overtime is expected based on route requirements
- End time varies depending on route completion
Driver Helper Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual with dependable attendance.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Comfortable working long, physically demanding shifts.
- Willing and able to work overtime.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a delivery team.
- Neat and professional appearance.

Driver Helper Physical Requirements
- Ability to work 10-12+ hour shifts.
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
- Ability to repeatedly move heavy cases using a two-wheel dolly.
- Ability to remain on your feet and physically active for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment.
