Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Customer Relations Associate to join a local company in the Athens, TX area.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and guide them appropriately
• Learn and apply product and service knowledge to assist customers accurately
• Maintain strong customer relationships through clear, professional, and timely communication
• Assist with order processing, follow-ups, and resolution of customer inquiries
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
• Utilize computer systems to manage customer information and track customer interactions
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service or customer relations experience preferred
• Ability to learn products and services quickly
• Comfortable using computer systems and basic office software
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Problem-solving mindset with a positive, professional attitude
