We have been asked by a client in Westfield, IN to help them find Pool Service Technicians. In this role you will assist with seasonal pool openings and closings, install and remove liners, clean and maintain pools, and support general repair and troubleshooting tasks to ensure all service work is completed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.

 

Pay, Hours, and Benefits

• Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Seasonal position; daytime hours

What will you do as a Pool Service Technician?

• Assist with pool openings and closings
• Install and remove liners in both residential and commercial pools
• Use shop vacuums, rakes, and other tools to clean pools
• Use test strips to test water chemistry
• Support minor troubleshooting and repairs, including water heaters
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and tools
• Use hand tools safely and effectively
• Maintain a neat, friendly, and professional appearance
• Contribute to timely completion of daily service jobs

What qualifications will you have as a Pool Service Technician?

• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in construction or outdoor labor is a plus. Prior pool service experience will be given top consideration
• Company is willing to train in all areas for candidates who meet the semi-skilled baseline above
• Ability to lift frequently and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Comfortable using hand tools
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work seasonally
• Friendly, professional appearance and demeanor
