Job Summary

We are currently seeking experienced CNC Router Operators for day shift manufacturing opportunities in St. Louis, MO. As a CNC Router Operator, you will be responsible for operating flatbed CNC router machines to fabricate signage and related products. Candidates with experience processing flat sheet materials and maintaining quality standards in a production environment are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate CNC router machines to fabricate signs and related products
• Load, position, and secure flat sheet materials for CNC machining
• Read and follow job specifications, work orders, and production instructions
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting as needed
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including sweeping and general upkeep
• Assist with general labor and production tasks to support shop operations
• Collaborate with a small team to meet daily production goals

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CNC machine operating experience
• Experience processing flat sheet materials using CNC equipment
• CNC flatbed or flat router experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read measuring tools and follow technical instructions
• Comfortable working in a small team-oriented production environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to assist with general shop and labor tasks as needed
