Job Summary

We are currently seeking detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Control Associates with forklift experience for warehouse opportunities in Hazelwood, MO. As an Inventory Control Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting cycle counts, auditing stock levels, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse management systems
• Track, verify, and audit parts and products throughout the facility
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Pick orders, receive parts, and place materials in designated storage locations
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and product descriptions for accuracy
• Communicate internally using Outlook and warehouse systems
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials and inventory as needed
• Assist with inventory investigations, root cause analysis, and process improvements
• Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as required

Requirements

• Prior experience in inventory control, inventory management, or warehouse operations
• Strong computer skills and experience using inventory or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• WM software experience preferred
• Sit-down forklift experience required
• High attention to detail and strong accuracy skills
• Ability to count and verify large quantities efficiently
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Experience auditing inventory or working with similar parts/products preferred
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
