What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate production and batching equipment used in blending and mixing processes
• Follow written recipes, formulas, and production instructions accurately
• Measure, weigh, and add ingredients into kettles and mixing equipment
• Monitor blending and batching processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Weigh finished products and repackage according to specifications
• Palletize, wrap, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment
• Operate sit-down or stand-up forklift to move raw materials and finished products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and quality control standards

Requirements

• Prior sit-down or stand-up forklift experience required
• Batching, blending, mixing, or manufacturing production experience required
• Ability to read and understand English instructions, production orders, and recipes
• Basic math skills for accurate weighing and measuring
• Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for the majority of the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
