This is a fulltime, permanent role working days 100% on-site with teams and in the office. Pay is $70,000–$90,000 per year.

Quality Leadership

• Maintain and develop product quality standards
• Train and support Production Supervisors
• Work closely with state/third‑party inspectors
• Oversee state manuals, insignias, and compliance documentation
• Supervise the Quality Control/Transportation Supervisor

Warranty Oversight

• Manage all service and warranty requests
• Coordinate technicians and subcontractors
• Strengthen dealer and site relationships
• Track service expenses and vehicle records

Safety Management

• Champion a proactive safety culture
• Support EPA/OSHA compliance and reporting
• Supervise the Safety Coordinator

Administrative Support

• Promote team building
• Assist with department needs as required
