Salary: $45,000 to $50,000

Our client, a leading player in the waste industry, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join their East End team as a Customer Service Representative on a 3-month contract basis, with potential for permanent placement.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Conduct outbound quality assurance calls to ensure client satisfaction
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow active accounts
• Schedule service calls and prepare customer agreements
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate company records and databases
• Support invoicing, collections, billing, and reporting processes
• Complete other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Comfortable making occasional outbound calls
• Verbal bilingualism is an asset

Salary: $45,000 to $50,000 per year depending on experience plus commission
