Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Support the engineering team in design, quality, implementation, and process improvement
Collaborate with leadership on engineering projects and initiatives
Develop and implement quality control processes
Troubleshoot technical and production issues and provide engineering support
Act as a key point of contact for equipment-related concerns
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute to additional engineering and production projects as required

Qualifications

Post-secondary degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
5–8 years of experience in an engineering role
Strong expertise in engineering drawings and process improvement
Proficiency in SolidWorks and knowledge of ISO standards/certifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Comfortable being hands-on and present on the production floor daily
